Icebox Bran Muffins
Icebox Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 4 beaten eggs, 5 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt and 2 c. bran buds cereal in 2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream sugar and shortening.
Add eggs, buttermilk, Bran Buds in boiling water, flour, soda and salt; mix well.
Add dry Bran Buds and raisins.
Bake 15 minutes at 400Β° in muffin tins.
(Texas size muffins, 20 minutes.)
Batter may be kept up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator in a covered container.
