Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
