Ice Cream Roll
Ice Cream Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 3/4 c. sugar and 1/4 c. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat eggs, salt and vanilla.
Add other ingredients.
Pour into wax papered jelly roll pan.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 15 minutes. Pour onto powdered sugar coated pillow case (yes a real linen pillow case) and roll up.
Cool completely.
Fill with 1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream (or another kind if you prefer).
Roll up.
Freeze.
Slice and serve.
(I sometimes slice individual pieces, wrap and freeze.)
