Ice Cream Parfait is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. coffee ice cream, 1/3 c. coffee liquor, 1 qt. cool whip and 6 macaroons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
