Ice Cream Dessert
Ice Cream Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks oleo (can be cheapest), 3 packs (1 box) ritz crackers, 1 large or 2 small instant pudding (whatever flavor you want), 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream (can be cheapest) and 1 large whipped topping (can be cheapest), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put ice cream in large bowl to soften.
Set aside.
Melt oleo and crush crackers in a 9 x 13-pan.
Add melted oleo and mix well. Save 1 cup or 1 1/2 cups to sprinkle on top.
Press the rest into bottom of pan.
