Ice Cream Dessert
Ice Cream Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. rice krispies, 1 can flaked coconut (1 3/4 c.), 1 c. broken pecans, 1 stick butter or oleo and 3/4 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Toast the first 4 ingredients on cookie sheet in a 300Β° oven for 30 minutes or until brown with occasional stirring.
Then add brown sugar to mixture and stir to blend.
Put 1/2 of mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cut ice cream in 1-inch slices and place on top of crunchy mixture.
Add rest of mixture on top and freeze. Cut into squares to serve.
