Ice Cream Dessert
Ice Cream Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. crushed vanilla wafers, 1 c. crushed pecans, 1/4 c. margarine, 1 c. powdered sugar and 1/2 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

For your crust, mix vanilla wafers, pecans and melted margarine.
Press 3/4 of mixture into 13 x 9-inch pan and set in freezer.
Now set out your ice cream to soften.
Melt your chocolate chips and set aside.
In a medium bowl beat powdered sugar and margarine together; add eggs.
Mix together with melted chocolate.
Pour on top of your wafer mix, evenly.
Then spoon ice cream evenly.
Add your remaining crust.
