Ice Cream Delight
Ice Cream Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1 c. brown sugar, 3 1/2 c. rice chex, crushed, 1 c. coconut and 1/4 to 1/2 c. nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt oleo and sugar.
Add Chex, coconut and nuts.
Put in 2/3 of mixture into greased 8 x 10-inch pan.
Set other 1/3 mixture aside.
Slice and press ice cream onto Chex.
Put rest of Chex mixture on top.
Freeze.
