Ice Cream Crunch Pie
Ice Cream Crunch Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 2 c. rice krispies and 2/3 c. marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt butter in heavy pan.
Remove from heat, using electric beater, beat marshmallow topping into melted butter.
Add Rice Krispies and stir until coated.
Press into 9-inch pie pan.
Freeze 1 hour or longer, and fill with softened ice cream, refreeze until serving time.
Can be served with any kind of topping desired, or fresh fruit.
