Ice Cream Cake
Ice Cream Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 sticks oleo (at room temperature), 1 (1 lb.) carton 10x powdered sugar, 6 eggs, at room temperature, 1 10x box full sifted flour and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream oleo; add powdered sugar.
Add eggs (one at a time). Sift flour 2 more times and combine with sugar mixture.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Makes 2 loaf pans or 1 long loaf pan. Serve with fruit, if desired.
