Hush Puppies
Hush Puppies is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. corn meal, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion, 1 egg and 1 c. milk or water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine corn meal, flour and onion.
Add egg.
Gradually beat in milk or water.
Drop from a spoon into hot fat where fish was fried.
Fry until golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Spread with butter and serve hot with fish.
This makes about 16 small hush puppies.
