Hurricane Chocolate Frosting
Hurricane Chocolate Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 sq. chocolate, 1 lb. confectioners sugar, 1/3 c. hot water, 3 egg yolks and 1/2 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt chocolate over hot water.
Place in small mixing bowl. Add sugar and water at the same time and beat until blended.
Add egg yolks, one at a time; beat well.
Add butter a little at a time.
Beat after each additional until smooth.
Add vanilla. Frosting for 2 layers.
