Hungry Jack Biscuit Barbecups
Hungry Jack Biscuit Barbecups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. barbecue sauce, 1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1 to 2 tbsp. brown sugar and 1/2 c. shredded cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 375°.
Grease 10 muffin cups.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar.
Cook 3 minutes to blend.
Stir constantly.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
Place 1 biscuit in each greased muffin cup.
Press in bottom and up sides to rim.
Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into each biscuit cup.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges are brown.
Cool 2 minutes. Remove from pan.
