Hungry Jack Beef Casserole
Hungry Jack Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 c. barbecue sauce, 1 tbsp. brown sugar and 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Brown onion with beef and drain.
Stir in barbecue sauce, brown sugar and beans.
Heat until bubbly. Pour into a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Separate biscuits and cut each in half.

Bake about 20 minutes just until biscuits brown.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake a few minutes until melted.
