Hungarian Gulyas
Hungarian Gulyas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, 2 tbsp. crisco, knife tip of sweet hungarian paprika, 1 carrot, chopped and 1 large green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown onion in a large frying pan in Crisco. Add paprika, green pepper and carrot.
Add meat to pan and let it simmer until tender, covered.
Stir it with a wooden spoon.
You may add a potato (quartered) with some water to pan or boil shell pasta and add to pan.
Season with salt, pepper and caraway seed.
