Hungarian Goulash

Place meat in slow cooking pot.
Cover with sliced onion. Combine garlic, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, paprika and mustard.
Stir in water.
Pour over meat.
Cover and cook on low for 9 to 10 hours.
