Hungarian Chicken
Hungarian Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 3 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. chopped onion and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice.
Brown in butter in frying pan.
Put chicken in shallow baking dish.
Add onion to pan drippings; fry until done.
Combine soup, paprika, sour cream, salt and pepper; add to onion.
Pour over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, for 50 to 60 minutes at 325Β°.
