Hungarian Cabbage
Hungarian Cabbage is an easy dinner. Made with 2 slices bacon, 1 lb. cabbage, coarsely shredded, 3/4 tsp. salt, dash of pepper and 2 tbsp. vinegar (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook bacon in medium skillet until crisp.
Remove from skillet.
Crumble bacon, and set aside.
Add cabbage, salt, pepper, vinegar (if desired) over low heat.
Stir occasionally. Cabbage should be tender, but crisp.
Transfer cabbage to serving dish and top with bacon.
Serve hot.
