Combine sugar with all other dry ingredients which have been sifted together.
Add eggs and oil.
Stir until moist; do not beat.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts, bananas and cherries. Spoon into three 9-inch cake pans (or tube pan) which has been greased and floured.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes for 3 layers or 1 hour for tube pan.
Use Cream Cheese Frosting.
