In mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in eggs and oil until dry ingredients are moist. Add vanilla, pineapple with juice, pecans and bananas. Spoon batter into 3 greased 9-inch round cake pans. Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
