Hotstuff(Wonderful For A Large Party.) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese, 1 lb. grated jack cheese, 2 cans diced chilies (1 jalapeño if you like it hot), 4 eggs and 1 medium can stewed tomatoes, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

This recipe was given to me by the hostess of an annual "Shrimp Feast" to which I was invited.
Guests were treated to a minimal menu but unlimited shrimp with a contest as to who could eat the most.
The winner was presented with a ceramic pig.
