Hot Vegetable And Ham Salad is an easy dinner. Made with about 8 medium potatoes, 3 c. frozen vegetables, 1 c. diced cooked ham, 2 c. shredded cabbage and 1/2 to 1 c. creamy buttermilk salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook and quarter potatoes in 3 quarts of salted water 12 to 15 minutes.
Add frozen vegetables and ham.
Then add cabbage. Cover and cook 5 minutes more.
Drain.
Stir in buttermilk dressing. Serve warm.
Cubed chicken breast may be used instead of ham.
