Hot Turkey Salad
Hot Turkey Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. cubed turkey, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped green pepper, 2/3 c. sliced green onions and 1/3 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; toss. Combine mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Add to turkey mixture.
Mix well.
Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole coated with cooking spray.
Combine bread crumbs and margarine.
Sprinkle evenly over turkey mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Yields 4 servings (about 261 calories per serving).
