Hot Taco Dip
Hot Taco Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground round, 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1 small can chopped chili peppers and 1 small onion, chopped (try red onion), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Fry beef; drain grease.
Mix in taco seasoning.
Spread cream cheese on bottom of pan (for 2, use 2 pie plates; for 1, use 10 x 10-inch pan), then layer following in order: ground beef mixture, chili peppers, onions, tomatoes and cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Serve with taco chips.
