Hot Spinach Or Broccoli Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. round sourdough bread loaf, 1/2 c. finely chopped celery, 1/2 c. finely chopped red pepper, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Break bread in pieces and bake about 15 minutes.
Saute celery, pepper and onion in margarine.
Add cheese. Stir over low heat until melted.
Stir in remainder of ingredients. Heat thoroughly, stirring constantly.
Serve hot with bread pieces and/or vegetable dippers.
