Hot Spiced Wassail
Hot Spiced Wassail is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 gal. apple cider, 1 qt. cranberry juice, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 c. orange juice and 16 whole cloves (if small, add a few more), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine cider, cranberry juice, orange juice and sugar in a large cooking pan.
Tie spices in a cheesecloth bag.
Simmer all over low heat for about 1/2 hour; leave spices in until next morning.
This may be put into a crock-pot on low heat to keep warm while serving.
