Hot Spiced Tea
Hot Spiced Tea is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. water, 1 tsp. whole cloves, 1 (1-inch) stick cinnamon, 2 1/2 tbsp. black tea and 3/4 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Place water in a saucepan.
Add cloves and cinnamon.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add the tea at once; stir to distribute and immerse leaves.
Cover and steep 5 minutes. Strain.
While tea steeps, heat orange and lemon juices, with sugar added, to a boil.
Stir into the hot tea and serve at once in teacups.
Makes 7 or 8 servings.
