Hot Spiced Fruit
Hot Spiced Fruit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can each: peaches, pineapple, pears, apricots, pitted light sweet cherries, 2 tart apples, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. each: ground nutmeg and cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. ground cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain fruit.
Reserve 1 1/2 cups syrup.
Put drained fruit in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Core and dice apples and mix with lemon juice and then toss with rest of fruit.
Stir together syrup, brown sugar and spices and pour over fruit.
Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Add cut bananas and grapes.
Bake 5 more minutes.
