Hot Seafood Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 2 stiffly beaten egg whites, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. flaked crabmeat or lobster, 1/4 tsp./splash of lemon juice and 1/8 tsp. chopped dill, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Fold mayonnaise into beaten egg whites.
Add seafood, lemon juice and dill.
Spread on toast points or toasted canape breads. Sprinkle with paprika and broil 3 minutes or until puffy and lightly brown.
This may also be used to stuff large mushrooms and bake for 15 minutes at 350Β°.
