Hot Sausage Cheese Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot sausage, ground, 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, 3 c. bisquick baking mix, 3/4 to 1 c. water and pizza sauce (for dipping), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook sausage in large skillet, breaking up the meat.
Cook until no longer pink; drain and let cool.
Add sausage to large mixing bowl and add cheese, Bisquick mix and water.
Mix well until blended.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place 2-inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated 400Β° oven for approximately 10 minutes or until puffed and slightly browned.
Cool completely.
Best when dipped in pizza sauce.
