Chop tomatoes with food chopper.
Mince peppers with food chopper.
Slice green onion very finely.
Mince garlic and cilantro.
Chop 1/2 white onion with food chopper.
Squeeze limes and lemon into mixture.
Add salt to taste.
Mix all together.
Serve with chips of your choice.
