Hot Rolls
Hot Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick butter or margarine, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine butter, sugar, salt and milk; heat until butter melts and set aside.
Mix yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
Let rise until bubbly.
Add to first mix.
Beat eggs well and add.
Mix enough flour to make a soft dough (do not knead).
Let rise 3 hours or overnight.
Knead down and shape into rolls.
Let rise 1 hour, no more.
Bake at 450Β°.
