Hot Rolls
Hot Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cups milk, scalded and cooled, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1/3 cup shortening and 1 pkg. dry yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve dry yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
In mixing bowl add milk, sugar, salt, shortening and dissolved yeast.
Add flour a little at a time.
Knead and let rise. Turn onto floured board. Shape into rolls.
Let rise again.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
