Hot Rolls
Hot Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 4 c. milk, 4 pkg. yeast, 10 tbsp. sugar and 2 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water.
Mix eggs, sugar, oil and salt.
Add yeast and milk.
Add flour until it forms a soft dough. Knead on floured board a few minutes.
Put in large, oiled bowl and cover with cloth.
Let rise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Cut in desired shape.
Put in pan and let rise 1 1/2 hours.
Bake in 425Β° oven.
Makes 50 rolls.
