In a skillet, heat oil; cook pork, celery, red/green pepper and onion until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
In a large bowl, combine pork mixture, noodles, soups, corn, milk, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Turn into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine crumbs and butter; sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until heated through. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
