Drain and save juice from both cans of pineapple.
Mix reserved juice, flour and sugar; add to the pineapple and mix. Pour in a medium Pyrex dish.
Grate cheese; sprinkle over pineapple.
Mix crackers and butter and put on top of the cheese. Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes, uncovered.
