Hot Peppers(Canning)
Hot Peppers(Canning) is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 tsp. oregano, 1 clove garlic, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. dill seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place all ingredients in jars (sterilized).
Cut up peppers into bite size pieces.
Put peppers into spice filled jars.
Press down hard with wooden spoon. Fill to 1/2-inch of top.
Boil 1 quart of vinegar and 1 quart of water.
When it comes to a rolling boil, pour into jars and cover peppers.
Clean top of jars and put on sterilized lids.
Ready in 2 weeks.
For quarts, double spices.
