Hot Pepper Jelly
Hot Pepper Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. ground hot pepper, 3/4 lb. ground sweet pepper, 1 1/2 c. vinegar, 6 oz. certo and 6 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash and remove seeds from pepper before grinding.
Combine pepper, sugar and vinegar in saucepan.
Bring to high rolling boil. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
Add Certo.
Pour into hot jars and seal.
