Hot Pepper Jelly
A pretty preserve sweet-hot with bell and chili peppers in a vinegary jelly. Spoon over cream cheese with crackers for an instant appetizer.

Mix vinegar, peppers, sugar and salt.
Boil 1 minute and take off heat for 10 minutes.
Add coloring and Certo.
Let stand 10 more minutes, then skim.
Put in sterile jars and seal.
