Hot Pepper Jelly
Hot Pepper Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. bell pepper, ground, 1/2 c. hot pepper, ground, 6 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. vinegar and 1 bottle certo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bring mixture (all but the Certo) to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add Certo.
Stir until thick.
Pour into jars and seal.
