Hot Pepper Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. red pepper, chopped fine, 3/4 c. jalapeño peppers, chopped fine, 5 lb. sugar and 2 c. white vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil ingredients for 10 minutes.
Add 3 pouches Certo and boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and skim.
