Hot Mushroom Dip
Hot Mushroom Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 24 oz. fresh mushrooms, stems removed and sliced, 1/2 c. butter, 16 oz. sour cream, 1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix and 10 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute mushrooms in butter until all liquid is absorbed.
Mix mushrooms, sour cream and soup mix.
Put mixture in an ovenproof serving dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake until bubbly, approximately 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Serve with crackers or French bread.
