With mixer, beat eggs well.
Add sugar and beat.
Set aside. Heat milk; add margarine to milk and mix until margarine is melted.
Cool slightly.
Sift flour and baking powder; add alternately with milk to egg and sugar mixture.
Add lemon extract and mix batter well.
Grease and flour angel food or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until nicely brown.
