Hot Milk Cake
Hot Milk Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. hot milk, 1 stick butter or margarine and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Milk with butter over medium heat until butter is totally melted.
In separate bowl, beat sugar. Gradually add in mixture of flour, baking powder and salt.
Add heated milk and butter to mixture.
Add vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 50 minutes until golden brown.
