Hot Hominy Casserole
Hot Hominy Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small cans white hominy, 1 can ro-tel, 1/2 lb. browned sausage, 1/4 c. chopped onion and 1/2 (8 oz.) box velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown sausage and drain.
Drain hominy.
Mix all ingredients in a casserole bowl, except cheese.
Dot cheese on top.
Place in oven at 300Β° for about 20 minutes. All ingredients are cooked, but should be bubbly hot.
Onions should cook in the 20 minutes.
