Hot German Potato Salad
Hot German Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 slices bacon, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces, 5 tbsp. flour, 1/3 c. vinegar, 6 medium potatoes, boiled and sliced and water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large skillet, fry bacon and remove (retaining grease). Thicken grease with flour.
Add vinegar and enough water so it's not really thick.
Mix potatoes, bacon and onions.
Pour topping over potato mixture "like gravy."
