Hot Fudge Topping
Hot Fudge Topping is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. margarine, 1/3 c. water, 2 tbsp. light corn syrup and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet real chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In 1-quart saucepan, combine sugar, margarine, water and corn syrup.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil (5 to 8 minutes).
Boil 3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Immediately add chocolate chips and beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream or cake. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
