Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

Heat oven to 350Β°.
In greased square pan, stir flour, sugar, cocoa (2 tablespoons), baking powder and salt.
Mix in milk, oil and vanilla until smooth.
Spread evenly in pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa on top.
Pour hot water on top.
Bake 40 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Spoon into dishes and serve.
