Hot Fudge Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 c. sugar and 1 large can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt chocolate, butter and salt.
Add the sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring as you add.
Add the evaporated milk, a little at a time, and continue stirring until well mixed.
Serve hot over ice cream.
Store in refrigerator.
