Hot Fudge Sauce
Hot Fudge Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. sugar, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. sweet cooking chocolate, 1/3 c. light cream and 1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In top of double boiler, combine sugar and 2 tablespoons cream.
Cook over boiling water until sugar is dissolved.
Cut up both kinds of chocolate.
Remove double boiler from heat, but leave top over bottom.
Add chocolate to cream mixture, stirring until melted.
With spoon, beat in remaining cream.
Serve warm. Makes 1 cup.
